Amy Goliszek is a healthcare operations leader with extensive experience supporting independent physician practices through strategic growth, operational improvement, financial management, and administrative leadership. As a partner at 99 Healthcare Management, Amy works closely with independent physician-owned practices to help them build, grow, and sustain successful businesses through scalable infrastructure, workflow efficiency, revenue cycle performance, and long-term practice sustainability.

Amy’s background includes healthcare consulting experience across a variety of care settings, including outpatient, ambulatory, and inpatient environments. She has worked with practices and healthcare organizations across multiple specialties, including primary care, cardiology, ENT, pain management, and surgical specialties. Amy is especially passionate about helping physicians navigate the challenges of private practice ownership while preserving the culture and independence that make their practices unique.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Amy believes strong relationships are at the heart of every successful organization. She enjoys collaborating with physicians, practice leaders, and team members to solve complex challenges and create systems that allow providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while supporting continued growth and financial stability.

Her experience includes physician practice operations, service line development, physician recruitment, vendor management, payer relations, compliance coordination, financial analytics, and revenue cycle improvement. Amy specializes in helping practices expand services, implement new technology, improve staffing models, and navigate the complex business needs of private medical groups.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys running, visiting her family in Buffalo, NY, supporting her hometown sports teams (Go Bills!), and enjoying desserts—especially ice cream.

Priscilla Brickey serves as Business Operations Manager at 99 Healthcare Management, where she supports clinic operations, reporting and analytics, payment reconciliations, and a variety of cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with both client practices and internal teams, she helps improve operational efficiency and provides support wherever it is needed to keep practices running smoothly.

With over five years at 99MGMT and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, Priscilla enjoys the opportunity to learn from many different aspects of healthcare management and help independent practices succeed. Her diverse background in healthcare and business allows her to approach challenges with both analytical thinking and a practical, hands-on perspective.

Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys sourdough baking, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and their four dogs. A self-described foodie, she loves cooking and sharing meals with family and friends.

Tim Vo supports both clinical and administrative teams at 99 Healthcare Management by overseeing recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day employee relations. He works to ensure compliance with healthcare and employment regulations while helping maintain clear policies and a positive, supportive workplace culture. With more than 10 years of leadership experience, Tim brings a strong foundation in both people development and organizational strategy.

Tim has lived in both Illinois and Texas throughout his life and values the perspective that comes from those experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys crafting, music, pickleball, and recently baking. Family is an important part of his life, and he shares it with his partner, Dalton, and their dog, Ardi.

Melissa Flewellen supports 99 Healthcare Management’s client practices by managing essential day-to-day accounting functions, including processing payroll, reconciling daily revenue, and maintaining accurate financial records. She plays a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly and provides clear, reliable month-end reporting that helps physicians better understand and manage their practices.

With over a decade at 99MGMT and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University, Melissa brings both experience and consistency to her work. A lifelong Texan, Melissa grew up in a small town as part of a large family of 12 siblings. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, watching sports, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Diane Murr-Hewit helps ensure that physicians and medical practices supported by 99 Healthcare Management stay fully credentialed, compliant, and ready to care for patients. As Credentialing Specialist, she manages provider licensing, certifications, payer credentialing and contracting, and facility privileges—working closely with practices to keep everything organized and running smoothly.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare across both clinical and administrative roles, Diane brings deep industry knowledge and a love for detail to her work. A proud Texas native and devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, traveling, brunching with friends, and exploring creative hobbies. Diane lives by a simple motto: Do what you love—love what you do.

Shelley McConnico supports the day-to-day operations of client practices at 99 Healthcare Management, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with physicians, staff, and corporate teams to solve problems, streamline processes, and implement policies that support both the practice and its long-term goals.

With over 10 years of experience in medical practice operations, Shelley brings a strong background in helping teams stay organized, responsive, and effective. Outside of work, Shelley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, making memories with her children and grandchildren, and getting lost in a good book. Fresh air, family time, and a great plot twist are her ideal way to unwind.

Priscilla Smith supports the accounting team at 99 Healthcare Management, assisting with a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities that help keep daily operations running smoothly. She is dedicated to supporting both her colleagues and client practices, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and making life a little easier for those around her.

With experience working in accounting departments across the technology and construction industries, Priscilla brings a strong financial background and attention to detail to her role. She appreciates the collaborative culture at 99MGMT and the positive example set by the company’s leadership team.

Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her dog, Lolita, mystery shopping, and exploring new restaurants.

Melissa George serves as Director of Operations at 99 Healthcare Management, where she oversees the company’s in-house medical billing department and works closely with physician practices to improve operational efficiency. She helps ensure best practices in medical billing, compliance with evolving healthcare regulations, and optimized EMR workflows so independently owned practices can reduce administrative burdens and stay focused on patient care.

A Dallas-area native with nearly a decade at 99MGMT, Melissa enjoys building strong relationships with the physicians and teams the company supports. Outside of work, she’s a classically trained singer who performs locally, including with the Dallas Symphony Chorus. Melissa and her husband of nearly 20 years share life with their son, along with a trio of lively pets that keep things entertaining at home.

Kelly Woods manages all marketing initiatives for 99 Healthcare Management and its client practices, overseeing a full range of services including print materials, social media content, online listings, reputation management, website design and maintenance, advertising campaigns, field marketing, event coordination, blogs, and data-driven marketing strategy. She also supports 99MGMT’s internal marketing efforts, including newsletters, blogs, and online presence.

Kelly enjoys the balance of creativity and analytics—developing engaging content while also using data to guide strategies that support each client’s growth. With a background in chemical engineering, secondary mathematics education, and instructional design, she brings a unique blend of problem-solving and creative strategy to healthcare marketing.

She lives in Buffalo, NY, with her husband, daughter, and their two pups, Maggie and Millie. Outside of work, Kelly is an avid Buffalo Sabres and Bills fan and enjoys long walks in her historic neighborhood, going to the beach, and thrifting.

Shreyas Sakaria serves as a Business Operations Analyst at 99 Healthcare Management, where he conducts financial and operational analyses to support revenue cycle management and improve efficiency for physician practices. He also works with administrative teams and providers to streamline workflows and strengthen day-to-day operations.

With a background in biology, accounting, and biomedical sciences, Shreyas brings a strong analytical foundation and a systems-focused approach to healthcare operations. Born in California and raised in Texas, Shreyas enjoys staying active through sports like football, boxing, and cricket. He is motivated by curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in both his professional and personal life.

Mary Siddle supports the accounting function at 99 Healthcare Management by overseeing the financial operations of affiliated medical practices and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Her work includes monitoring cash flow to support payroll, malpractice premiums, vendor payments, and loan obligations, as well as coordinating with CPAs for tax preparation and year-end adjustments. She also assists with budgeting and financial forecasting to help practices maintain strong financial health.

With over 10 years at 99MGMT and extensive experience in accounting, Mary brings deep knowledge and consistency to her role. Outside of work, Mary enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and gardening. She shares her home with her dog, Coco.

Lena Traylor helps 99 Healthcare Management and its client practices run smoothly by leading recruiting efforts, providing HR support, and assisting with operations wherever needed. With a background as a Medical Assistant and Office Manager, Lena loves connecting talented professionals with the right teams and improving workflows that support quality patient care.

A proud dog mom, church choir singer, and devoted grandmother, Lena is passionate about people, family, and making a positive impact every day.

Deisi Sierra provides operational support for 99 Healthcare Management’s client practices, helping ensure clinics run efficiently so providers can stay focused on patient care. She partners closely with each practice to streamline processes, resolve day-to-day operational challenges, and support strong performance across departments.

Deisi began her healthcare career as a Medical Assistant in an independent practice supported by 99MGMT, where she saw firsthand the dedication physicians bring to their patients. That experience inspired her to help independent practices succeed and continue growing within their communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Outside of work, Deisi enjoys crafting, building projects, and tackling hands-on fixes around the house. She appreciates a good challenge and lives by a mindset that embraces growth, humor, and staying in her lane.
